Coufidou/Coufidélice

Gourmets are going to discover with pleasure all the local confectionary which highlight the Agen prune: prunes with a traditional prune curd center or a flavoured one, half-baked, prune purée, brandy prunes or prunes in syrup... And to crown everything: the Délices de Coufidou : delicate nougatine shells filled with prune curd, topped with a green walnut and chocolate coated.

And how do you like prunes ? Whether stoned, without preserving process, half-baked or traditional, the Agen prunes will do their utmost in their 500g sachet to delight gourmets.
