Chicken and Agen prunes pastry

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken escalopes
  • 1 little tin of mushrooms
  • 6 “brick” pastry leaves
  • 6 Agen prunes
  • 10cl of liquid cream
  • 1 onion
  • Garlic
  • 4 spices
  • Salt and pepper

  • Preheat oven at 180°C (th. 6)
  • Cut finely onion and brown onion and garlic in a pan.
  • Cut chicken in small strips and add to the pan. Also add 4 spices, salt and pepper.
  • Cut Agen prunes into slices and brown on a high oven with chicken for 2 minutes. Add cream and remove from oven.
  • Cut brick pastry leaves in 4 pieces and butter them with melted butter. Put into oven until they are slightly brown.
  • Build the pastry with a layer of brick, a layer of chicken etc.
