Roasted Agen prunes with Roquefort, rolled in cured ham

Ingredients:
- Prepare the ingredients: stone Agen prunes, wash and spin dry lettuce, cut each slice of ham in 4 strips. Work Roquefort cheese with a spoon to make it smooth. Cut the walnuts roughly. Preheat the oven at 150°C (th. 4/5)
- Stuff each Agen prune with Roquefort and wrap into a strip of ham.
- Put on a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the vinaigrette: vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Put on each plate some lamb’s lettuce, pour vinaigrette and walnut.
- Put hot prunes near the lettuce.
